This is an email we have dreaded for a while and we put off the decision for longer than we should have. Obviously the last few years have been challenging for people and businesses alike. With increasing prices in freight, fuel and almost every material that goes into making our candles, it has become evident that we must also increase our prices.
In the 8 years of being in business, we have not put our prices up once. We have seen our competitors increase their prices and we have been proud that we always worked harder to get better deals in order to keep our prices the same.
But it’s become very clear that in order to continue to provide you the best quality product, customer service and to continue to grow and give back more that we need to increase the price of our refills.
As of February 20 2023, each candle refill on a membership will be $59.
But you will still have…
• free shipping on all memberships
• between 10 – 20% off when adding more than 1 refill to your shipment
• earn reward dollars on every refill, every review and referral
• first access to our concept store items
As always you still have complete flexibility, that means you can change dates, change frequency and pause/resume at any time.
In 2023, we are working on further perks for our refill members so you’re always rewarded for your loyalty!
